Do the Firepits come with any warranty?

Firepits R Us warrant all of their products against any faulty workmanship. 

Is there an option to have your products delivered?

Yes, all of our products are suitable to be delivered throughout Australia via the use of suitable courier services. 

Where are Firepits R Us located?

We’re located Kyabram, Victoria, Australia.

How long will the paint last for?

If properly maintained, your Firepit will give you many years of service. However, the paint will come off over time, but can easily be touched up with the use of any heat-proof pot belly black paint, available at any local hardware store.

 What custom artwork can I put on a Firepit?

On any of our Custom Artwork applicable Firepits, consumers can either choose to share artwork of their choice to be printed on the Firepit. Or, choose from any of our previously designed artworks, as displayed in the Gallery at no extra cost.

*If we believe, that we’ll be able to re-use your custom artwork, you will not be charged for it.

I want a Firepit, but not customized?

This is okay. For those who don’t wish to customize their own artwork on a Firepit, we have a standard firepit design which has flames etched around the whole Firepit. Alternatively, perhaps you’d like to just have your family name etched onto the Firepit? Or, simply select one of our previously designed artworks from our Gallery.
